A meeting of the UzLiDeP faction in Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was held. At the meeting in accordance with the work plan for 2018, the reports of the Karakalpak central administration of the central bank and ministries of economy and finance of the Republic of Karakalpakstan were heard.

– Our country pays special attention to full support of business entities and improvement of business environment, – said the head of the department of the central bank A.Utambetov. – For example, the volume of loans for entrepreneurial activities in the reporting period amounted to 861.4 billion soums, having increased 1.3 times compared to the same period of 2016. According to the program of social and economic development of the territories in the regions, the branches of commercial banks allocated loans worth 265.9 billion soums.

The meeting also heard the information of the chief specialist of the Ministry of Economy U. Tileuniyazov.

– The Republic of Karakalpakstan has developed a target list of 313 projects with a total value of 4.5 trillion soums for 2018-2019 years for development of industry, agriculture and services,- U. Tileunijazov said. – It is planned to spend from them 4 trillion soums for development industrial sector and create about 5,700 new jobs, 200 billion soums for the development of sphere of services and create 700 new jobs and 2,65,6 billion soums for the development of agriculture and create 460 new jobs.

At the meeting, the deputies expressed their opinions and proposals and developed appropriate recommendations.
