A regular meeting of the UzLiDeP deputy group was held in the Gallyaral district Kengash of People's Deputies.

During the event, the report of the director of the district Employment Assistance Center Sherzod Kodirov was heard about the work carried out to implement the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further improve the state policy in the sphere of employment and to radically increase the effectiveness of the work of the labor authorities".

– On the basis of this program, during the first 9 months of the current year, in the district it was planned to create 2855 new jobs, – said Sh. Kodirov. – In fact, 2,288 new jobs have been created. 1053 people who applied to our center, 623 of them are young people, and 346 are women. – On the recommendation of the center 509 young people and 282 women have been hired. The Center has taken on social protection 42 citizens and 11 receive temporary unemployment benefits, 25 citizens are sent for retraining and advanced training, and 17 citizens are attracted to paid public work.

It should be noted that in the region, in order to ensure employment, especially for young people and women, a program has been developed for creating new jobs and ensuring employment, which was approved by the Gallyaral district Kengash of People's Deputies.

Currently, the district Employment Assistance Center is systematically working in this direction.
