A meeting on the analysis of the activities of executive secretaries and deputy groups of UzLiDeP in the regional, district (city) councils of people's deputies for the reporting period was held in Samarkand.

At the meeting, the work of the deputy group for 9 months of the current year was analyzed, as well as the achievements and shortcomings were discussed.

The chief of staff of the UzLiDeP regional council, I. Botirov spoke at the meeting. He critically evaluated the introduction of issues and initiatives to the discussion of sessions and standing committees of district and city councils of people's deputies, which is the main activity of the deputy groups. It was noted that the work on studying the problems and obstacles to the development of small business entities is not at the proper level.

Based on this, the executive secretaries are entrusted to organize hearings of reports of representatives of local executive authorities on execution of programs of socio-economic development of regions at sessions of Councils.

The meeting also outlined the current tasks to address appeals about the presence of deficiencies and problems identified during the trip of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP Aktam Khaitov to the region.
