Gulchekhra Fayzullayeva is the youngest entrepreneur who has created the largest number of jobs in Syrdarya region. Her sewing enterprise “Guli modalar dunyosi” was organized no more than a year ago. However, a young entrepreneur, who received an old, unused kindergarten building in Saykhunabad district at a “zero” cost, has invested nearly 1 billion UZS in its reconstruction over the past period. The building, which was on the balance of the khokimiyat and leased last summer, was prepared for operation in a short time.

To start a business, Gulchekhra received a loan in Syrdarya regional branch of the National Bank in the amount of 450 million UZS. She purchased 100 sewing machines and provided the shops with necessary equipment and raw materials, attracted specialists to work.

At first, 50 people worked at the enterprise, products – children’s clothes were sold on the domestic market. After some time, began to export more than ten types of products.

Currently, the company employs more than 150 people. Seamstress craftsmen Surayyo Kodirova, Jamila Urazova, Nasiba Musurmonova, Dilrabo Kayumova serve as an example to other women workers. Today, the company has begun to fulfill orders – tailoring special clothes for workers and employees of the joint venture Bek Cluster LLC, Oqoltindon Joint-Stock Company and district farms. It is planned to export such products to Russia and Turkey.

On the initiative of the Women's Wing of Syrdarya regional Kengash of UzLiDeP, a workshop was organized at the sewing enterprise on “Modern female entrepreneur”. Graduates of Gulistan Agricultural College and the Pakhtakor Community Professional College of Saykhunabad district got acquainted with the business activities, achievements and secrets of success of the young entrepreneur Gulchekhra Fayzullayeva. Experienced seamstresses told how to choose fabric for sewing seasonal clothing, use scissors and manage sewing equipment.

An agreement was reached on holding workshops at the enterprise for young people living in neighboring regions and providing assistance in starting a business.
