Currently, 6992 students study at Gulistan State University. In the current academic year 1 thousand 31 students will finish their studies.

The country carries out systematic work on widely attracting university graduates to participate in the political process of the country, identify active young professionals, support active participation of young people with high potential in building a democratic-legal state and a strong civil society.

In order to implement these tasks in Gulistan State University, the Syrdarya regional kengash of UzLiDeP hosted a roundtable discussion on “Personnel with high potential are the guarantor of progress” within the framework of the project “Personnel of the New Generation”.

Delivering a speech at the event, the first deputy chairman of Syrdarya regional kengash of UzLiDeP, head of staff Fakhriddin Abdusattorov acquainted the participants with the goals and objectives of the project.

– At present, in the country and in society, the need for young qualified personnel with modern knowledge is growing, – said Fakhriddin Abdusattorov. – For this, political parties need to develop a mechanism for the distribution of personnel and ensure their effective operation. Before accepting people to work in the regional, district (city) kengashes of the party, it is advisable to attract students from the country's higher education institutions to participate in the political process, to form a personnel reserve from among the identified active young professionals.

At the event, more than ten students who expressed a desire to join the ranks of the party and engage in party activities are included in the personnel reserve of the party.
