The city stage of “Ishbilarmon ayol” (Businesswoman) competition organized by the Women's Wing of Tashkent city Kengash of UzLiDeP was held in Tashkent.

Active businesswomen who won at the district stages of the competition presented their products at the exhibitions.

The jury evaluated the work of participants in accordance with terms of the competition.

The first place in the competition was taken by the Director of ROOT EXTACT LLC Zakhida Akhmedkhojayeva, the second place by the deputy head of the non-state educational center Mashkhura-Ustoz, Nodira Muminova, the third place went to the head of Spectrum media group LLC, Lidia Usacheva.

“We started our business in 2014”, said Zakhida Akhmedkhojayeva, Director of ROOT EXTACT LLC. “Currently we are engaged in processing medicinal herbs. Our company employs 20 people. Products are exported to India and China. We are planning to export them to Turkey. In the domestic market, our products are also in great demand. And this gives us a desire to work and reach higher levels.

Winners in the nominations “Modern Female Entrepreneur”, “Compassionate Female Entrepreneur of the Year”, “Female Entrepreneur – Initiator for Attracting Investments”, “The Youngest and Active Female Entrepreneur” were also identified at the competition. They were given memorable gifts.
