These days, events are held on discussing the draft of the updated Program and the Pre-election program of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businessmen – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan.

At the events organized in Uychi, Kasansay and Yangikurgan districts of Namangan region, voters took the initiative about reforms serving the interests of the electorate of the party, creating the basis for its activities and the future.

At the discussion held in Uychi district, more than 20 proposals and initiatives were considered, including organizing on the territory of “Training centers for machine operators” to train machine operators, free diagnostic centers to protect women’s health, issuing a third time preferential loan without collateral to women entrepreneurs who received a loan twice and justified the bank’s trust, deepening reforms in education and creating healthy competition in this area by attracting private capital and ensuring compliance with international norms and standards.

At an event organized in Kasansay district, the party members noted: “We need to pay more attention to protection of entrepreneurs!”.

In particular, Khumitkhon Muydinkhujayev, a deputy of the regional Kengash of people's deputies, proposed creating more attractive business opportunities for entrepreneurs, which requires an increase in loans and lower interest rates by increasing the number of commercial banks in the country with participation of private and foreign capital, introducing new directions of investments into private and diversified farms, location in the territories of the types of crops, taking into account the soil grade rate, reaching areas of specialization depending on placement of crop species.

Our colleagues from Yangikurgan proposed to organize a legal service center for free protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, business people and farmers at the regional kengash of the party. It was noted that this center should be engaged in protecting the legitimate interests of farmers, entrepreneurs, business people and party members in courts and other state bodies, on primary investigative and judicial process to strengthen the effect of letters of guarantee and guarantees provided to the accused deputy or convicted persons, this all will serve the legitimate protection of interests of the electorate.

Discussions are continuing in other district kengashes.
