Members of UzLiDeP faction in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis forwarded an initiative on establishing transport services for schoolchildren in the country by introducing school buses, as well as arranging transport services to facilitate the movement of representatives of the population who need social services and live in remote areas. This was reported by a member of the faction Abdurashid Abdukodirov.

“In a country with a developed economy, the share of the service sector in GDP is up to 85-90%. This indicator is much lower in our country. In this regard, the priority tasks of UzLiDeP for the future remain the development of the services sector in the country’s economy and the increase of its share in GDP. Development of the services sector contributes not only to economic growth, but also to improving people’s living standards, creating favorable conditions. In this regard, members of UzLiDeP faction forwarded an initiative on establishing transport services for students in the country by introducing school buses, as well as providing transport services to facilitate the movement of people in need of social services and living in remote areas. This will help to create new areas of entrepreneurship and tens of thousands of new jobs, amenities for the population, and especially for students of primary school age. If to take into account the state of roads in many areas, lack of traffic, it would be a big help for children especially on rainy and cold days”, said Abdukodirov.
