The Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan is implementing a project in a new format, “UzLiDeP Press Club”, aimed at clarifying the essence and significance of resolutions and decrees related to entrepreneurs and businesspeople, discussing and solving problems with relevant organizations and agencies in their activities and current issues in society.

Representatives of several ministries, organizations, deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and local councils, entrepreneurs, journalists and bloggers are taking part in the virtual dialogue organized throughout the country.

The first online dialogue of the UzLiDeP Press Club took place with participation of representatives of the Agency for Sanitary and Epidemiological Wellbeing under the Ministry of Health, the Tax Committee, the Central Bank and was dedicated to prospects of supporting entrepreneurship. During the dialogue, the main attention was paid to bringing to the entrepreneurs the benefits and opportunities provided in accordance with the resolutions and decrees of the President, discussing and solving urgent problems with participation of representatives of ministries and agencies.

Representatives of ministries and agencies gave explanations about the tax benefits and opportunities provided to entrepreneurs, credit holidays and financial services, the allocation of loans to new businesses and those that have experienced financial difficulties, the observance of quarantine requirements by business entities resuming activities in “red”, “green” and “yellow” zones in a pandemic.

Other issues were also discussed during the online dialogue.
