The Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP organized a round table to discuss the draft state program on implementation of the Strategy of actions on five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021 in the Year of supporting active entrepreneurship, innovative ideas and technologies.

The party's expert group, businessmen and farmers, deputies, representatives of territorial organizations and media workers took part in it. Speakers stressed that the draft State program has absorbed all the important directions of development of our country, following the idea “The people should not serve for the state bodies, but the state bodies should serve for the people”.

Тhe program also provides for real measures to protect entrepreneurs who are the electorate of our party, and investors who invest their money in our country. In this sense, the draft program reflects a number of issues on entrepreneurship, put forward by the UzLiDeP, which is very gratifying.

In particular, last year on the initiative of the party there were held large-scale discussions of legislative streamlining of individual entrepreneurial activity. Today in our country hundreds of thousands of citizens are engaged in this kind of activity, but at the same time, the legislation on streamlining the sphere is not at the proper level. It is noteworthy that the draft state program reflects the adoption of the draft law on their state registration. Finally, a number of proposals on tax and customs legislation put forward by our party in recent years have taken place in the draft program, and their implementation will be an important factor for further expansion of entrepreneurs ' activities.

During the round table it was noted that in the draft of the program a number of measures are planned to improve the legal bases of innovation activity, which naturally requires the development of separate proposals using the opportunities of the deputy corps of UzLiDeP.

At the end of the event, the participants summarized all the proposals made during the meetings held in the territorial councils of UzLiDeP, as well as at this event, and noted the need to forward them for consideration to the National Commission after their revision.
