Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, head of UzLiDeP faction Aktam Khaitov, within the framework of meetings in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, got acquainted with activities of business entities, farms, clusters of personal services in Amudarya district.

Residents of the district know agriculture very well. It is an agricultural district where fruits, vegetables and melons are grown.

LLC Amudaryo Tomorqa Hizmati Cluster, along with provision of services to owners of household lands and farms, ensures the long-term safety of the grown products in refrigerated warehouses.

This society hosted a meeting of members of the working group under the leadership of the Deputy Speaker.

“Today, the pandemic that has swept the whole world has shown that each country must reconsider its internal resources and use untapped opportunities”, A. Khaitov said. “In this regard, our country pays great attention to the efficient use of household lands, strengthening the material and technical base of LLC Tomorqa Hizmati. For example, at present, work is underway to organize a cluster for the provision of home gardening services on the basis of Amudaryo Tomorqa Hizmati Cluster LLC. The project with a total cost of 4.8 billion UZS will cover 15-17 thousand houses. The goal is the effective use of land allocated to dehkan farms and owners of household plots, increasing the level of employment and life of the rural population.

At the meeting, it was noted that the entrepreneur has big long-term plans. In order to develop activities, a workshop for drying fruits and a greenhouse for growing tomatoes will be built next to the refrigerated warehouse.

Deputy Speaker supported this initiative and said that both the deputies and the Council of Farmers, Dehkan Farms and Owners of Household Lands will contribute to the expansion of activities.
