Recently, UzLiDeP deputy groups studied the projects implemented in the territory of FEZ «Jizzakh» within the framework of control and analytical activities.

It should be noted that last year in the territory of FEZ «Jizzakh» 15 projects with the total amount of 76.9 million USD were implemented, as a result, 917 new jobs were created. At the end of the year, the volume of production amounted to 205.9 billion soums, the export volume was 4.1 million dollars. At the same time, the deputies got acquainted with the work and investment projects planned for implementation in 2018-2019. In particular, it is known that work has begun on the construction of industrial buildings and installation of equipment for 6 investment projects worth 275.5 million dollars. Currently, in accordance with the resolution of the Administrative Council, this SEZ is working to attract potential investors for 3 promising investment projects with a production value of $ 18 million. Currently, according to the decision of the administrative council, in this FEZ, work to attract investors for the implementation of 3 promising projects with a production value of 18 million dollars is being carried out.

During the study, the deputies also identified some problems in the territory of the FEZ «Jizzakh». In particular, problems related to interruptions in electricity supply, construction of objects were discussed at the meeting of the deputy group.
