The decree of our Head of State on the implementation of the program «Every family is an entrepreneur» developed a specific legal mechanism for the development of this direction.

The document is aimed at ensuring a radical improvement of material conditions, significant positive changes in the quality and level of people’s way of life.

It should be noted that the program envisages full support of entrepreneurial initiatives of the population wishing to engage in business, allocation of concessional loans and the provision of systematic practical assistance at each stage of organization and implementation of entrepreneurial activities.

The program will create mini-clusters for development of entrepreneurship. It is planned to expand the scope of services provided to the subjects of family business through the creation of market infrastructure facilities, points of service. Vacant land in villages and makhallas will be transferred to newly organized subjects of family entrepreneurship.

This decree is completely in tune with the program goals and objectives of UzLiDeP. The important tasks outlined in the decree impose a special responsibility on all party structures.

As is known, the party is implementing the project «Primary organizations of UzLiDeP - assistants to entrepreneurs on household plots». The purpose of this project is consonant with the tasks outlined in this resolution. The main goal of the project is to ensure that every family that has started entrepreneurial activity on its own plot has felt support and assistance. PPO will provide the necessary support.

Due to the decision of our head of State on the implementation of the program «Every family is an entrepreneur», the party project will be saturated with legal and organizational points of view, as well as the identified tasks of the pre-election platform for the accelerated development of small business and private entrepreneurship, the formation of a favorable business environment for the implementation of personal initiatives will be implemented.

In general, this decree will involve every family in the business and new business skills will be formed. This, in turn, will serve to strengthen people's confidence in state bodies, the improvement of territories and, ultimately, the prosperity of our homeland.
