At the initiative of Namangan Regional Council of UzLiDeP, meetings were held with workers of these enterprises at the private enterprise DILRABO SDA TEKSTIL and at the enterprises of LLC IDEAL TEKSTIL ORZU.

The head of the department of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP on increasing the political activity and status of women in society Sevara Muslimova and the head of the department for the same issues of the regional council Khusnida Iminjanova addressed the meetings.

They spoke about 7 priority areas outlined in the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026. In particular, they paid attention to such aspects as ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of women, acquiring education and professional skills, promoting employment, supporting entrepreneurship, improving living conditions, and increasing incomes. They also talked about the work carried out by the party and projects to ensure the employment of women, included in the “Women’s Notebook” of mahallas.

During the dialogue, which was held in the question-answer format, the problems of women working at these enterprises were studied, recommendations were made for their solution.
