At present, as in all regions of the country, the discussion of the draft law on Constitutional reforms in Jizzakh region with the participation of representatives of the general public continues actively in mahallas, enterprises and institutions.

It is noteworthy that members of the deputy group of the party in all lower levels of UzLiDeP, local Councils of people’s deputies and councils of veterans take an active part in these discussions.

The next events with the participation of the Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, head of the UzLiDeP faction, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the party Aktam Khaitov, Chairman of Jizzakh Regional Council of Farmers, Dehkan Farms and Owners of Household Lands of Uzbekistan, Hero of Uzbekistan Anarbay Eshmatov, deputies of local Councils, party activists were held in Gallaaral and Sharaf Rashidov districts.

The private enterprise “Davr-M” in Gallaaral district specializes in milk processing. Currently, 8 people are permanently employed here. In an open dialogue with the head of this enterprise, which produces 10 types of dairy products, Ayboy Azimov and other entrepreneurs, the attitude to private property was discussed in detail.

The party leader drew attention to the fact that centuries-old experience of development shows that without private property, without its reliable guarantees, it is impossible to build a strong welfare state, in connection with which the constitutional guarantees necessary to ensure the protection of private property are being strengthened in our country. During the open dialogue, entrepreneurs got answers to many of their questions.

The fish-breeding cluster GOLD FISH AGRO Export in Sharaf Rashidov district is one of the results of economic reforms carried out in the region in recent years. Here, along with the cultivation of fish in a semi-intensive way, the activities of an agricultural training and production center have been established.

The party activists, workers and employees of the cluster who participated in the dialogue turned to the party leader with numerous questions on the constitutional reform draft law.

In particular, the Constitution stipulates that entrepreneurs have the right to carry out any activity not prohibited by law, independently choose the direction of their activity, receive income from entrepreneurship in an unlimited amount, the state must ensure a favorable business and investment climate and conditions for the development of private entrepreneurship, protect free and fair competition, a guarantee of non-monopolization of economic activity and other amendments and additions.

The questions-answers, the remarks made showed once again that the activists of our party, deputies, representatives of the general public are not indifferent to the proposed amendments and additions to the draft law on constitutional reforms.
