The country is preparing for a meaningful political process – early elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the rules, a party that has received permission to participate in elections to support a candidate nominated by the party must collect at least one percent of signatures from the total number of all voters in Uzbekistan.

785,494 voters are registered to participate in this political process in Jizzakh region.

Currently, collecting signatures supporting the candidate nominated by the party is actively carried out with representatives of all regional branches of UzLiDeP, deputies, members of the PPO, and activists.

Collecting signatures is carried out at large enterprises and organizations in Jizzakh.

“I wish that the changes and additions introduced to the Constitution be implemented faster so that the country develops and the people live prosperously”, said Muqaddas Mamarasulova, a youth representative who filled out the signature sheet.

Party activists collected signature sheets during events held in educational institutions, crowded places, and outdoor venues. Hundreds of our compatriots expressed their desire to support the UzLiDeP candidate and filled out signature sheets.
