The visit of President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov at the invitation of the head of our state Shavkat Mirziyoyev to Uzbekistan on April 23-24, 2018 became one of the most important events in the history of our modern statehood.

The signing of 17 documents aimed at further strengthening and progressive development of bilateral cooperation in political, trade-economic, investment, transport-communication, educational and sports spheres pleased the entrepreneurs of the Shavat district bordering with Turkmenistan.

In fact, at present the construction of the factory for production of 200 thousand pairs of footwear per year continues in our district. We are planning to launch our enterprise in the fourth quarter of this year. Of course, every entrepreneur wants to export produced products.

Therefore, close economic relations with Turkmenistan will create favorable conditions for the producers of the two countries. We are infinitely pleased with this and express our gratitude to our President - the initiator of such reforms!
