According to the decree of the head of our state «On organizational measures to stimulate employment of socially vulnerable groups of the population», from 1 August of this year, the provision of a number of financial and tax preferences and benefits as well as loans for replenishment of working capital, purchase of equipment and supplies will be provided to individual entrepreneurs. It is noteworthy that the State fund for support of business development under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan will provide compensation for interest payments and a guarantee for securing loan commitments.

Based on the program goals and tasks of UzLiDeP in this direction, it can be said that this decree was adopted with the aim of increasing the welfare of socially vulnerable groups of the population, improving their living conditions, as well as implementing the main directions for further improving the system of state support for persons with disabilities.

Now it is necessary to inform the entrepreneurs about the essence and content of the decree. As in this direction there are a lot of questions and problems that concern businessmen and the population.

The decree assigns a number of tasks to the relevant ministries and departments. In particular, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with interested ministries and departments, should develop a normative legal act that provides for the procedure and criteria for determining the subjects of social entrepreneurship, their rights, duties and guarantees of freedom of activity.

Also, the road map aimed at improving the conditions of production facilities belonging to the enterprises of the Society of disabled people of Uzbekistan, the Society of blind of Uzbekistan, and the Society of deaf of Uzbekistan will be developed before September 1, 2018.
