When will the new educational building for school No.39 be built in Namangan district?

Namangan district Kengash of UzLiDeP held an on-site reception of citizens in secondary school No. 39 in Akbulak makhalla.

About 30 appeals from the public were received during the event. The main part of these appeals concerns issues of provision of electricity, natural gas, drinking water, establishment of road signs and others.

Director of this school Mukhayyo Nabiyeva informed that the institution is designed for 310 children, however, 780 schoolchildren are studying here. Due to lack of space, classes have to be held even in the corridors.

“In 2019-2020, we are planning to adopt three more classes. I do not even know how we will cope with so many students! After all, even now, we are working in two shifts, but we feel an acute shortage of premises. Because of this, there are no office rooms, a canteen, or even a library”, - M.Nabiyeva complains.

A similar appeal was received from representatives of the school No. 4.

Members of UzLiDeP deputy group will send inquiries on these issues to appropriate authorities.

Residents of the makhallas expressed special gratitude to the people’s representative M.Khonkeldiyev, who is implementing a number of projects in the interests of local residents.

“573 families live Iin 444 households of our makhalla. The number of venerable aksakals reaches 270 people. Until now, there were no guzars in the makhalla, that is, a place where they could gather and have a rest and talk. On the initiative of the deputy, a modern guzar is being built here”, - said Bakhtiyor Yigitaliyev, Chairman of Akbulak MCG.

He also added that, with the assistance of the deputy, a vehicle maintenance center was opened on the territory of the makhalla. It employs 8 local residents.
