The Women’s Wing of Andijan city Kengash of UzLiDeP organized sports competitions under the slogan “Healthy mother is the foundation of a strong family” at the Special State Secondary School named after Muhammad Yusuf.

The competition in volleyball was attended by 22 teams, which included about 300 girls and women from enterprises, organizations and institutions of the city.

“The sporting event was held on the basis of a joint order of Andijan city Kengash of UzLiDeP, khokimiyat and the women’s committee of the city. Participants of the competition showed a friendly team game. The main prizes were a valuable gift from the Women’s Wing of the party, as well as tourist tickets to Samarkand”, - says the head of Andijan city Kengash of UzLiDeP Jakhongir Jiyanov.

Following the competition, the team of the regional Center of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision received the first place. In addition, winners were identified in nominations “The most active participant”, “The most active team”, “The youngest participant”. They were awarded diplomas and prizes from the organizers.
