Practical dialogue was held with students of Urgench branch of TUIT within the framework of UzLiDeP project “New Generation Personnel”.

- This project is being implemented to broadly involve students of higher education institutions of our region in the political process, identify active young specialists for the personnel reserve of the party, attract young people to the process of forming a democratic-legal state and a strong civil society, - said the head of department of the organizational party work of Khorezm regional kengash of UzLiDeP Mir Ruzmetov. - Students were presented detailed information about UzLiDeP, its goals, program objectives, new projects.

- At the event, I was interested in the youth entrepreneurship development projects conducted by the party. Now I will develop my own business project and become involved in entrepreneurship. I hope that the party will help me in this. I have a goal – after completing my studies, to work in the party system and become a deputy in the future, - says a 4th year university student, Bakhrom Bobojanov.

15 students who took an active part in the practical dialogue and showed a desire to work in the party systems are enrolled in the personnel reserve, in the future they will be involved in the activities of the party and will learn from their work experience.
