Urgut district Kengash of UzLiDeP at Uzbekistan – Chinese joint venture ALFA MAX ALLIANCE located in the free economic zone Urgut organized a master class on “Basics of attracting young people to entrepreneurship and ensuring their employment”.

Davron Saidmurodov, manager of the joint venture for production issues, familiarized the youth with the production process created for employees.

At the enterprise 6000 pairs of socks are produced daily. Products are sold on the domestic market and exported to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. At the enterprise 30 people are provided with a permanent job.

– To start an entrepreneurial activity, young people need to master the knowledge and skills of using modern technology. Currently, almost all production is based on technology. Proper use of capabilities of the equipment, the choice of energy-saving equipment designed for the production of high-quality products are the main factor in development and expansion of the entrepreneur’s activities, – said D. Saidmurodov.
