Urgench district Kengash of UzLiDeP organized the district stage of the review competition “Ishbilarmon ayol” (Businesswoman). The competition began with demonstration of products produced by the participants of the event.

During the competition, special attention was paid to the activities of entrepreneurs and farmers who create new workplaces at enterprises, implement innovative projects, increase production and services, and especially produce export-oriented and import-substituting products.

– Since 2009 I have been engaged in business activities, – said winner of the competition, head of the family enterprise “Maksuda Madamin” Maksuda Madaminova. – In 2018, within the framework of the State Program “Yoshlar-kelajagimiz” (Youth is our future), I received a commercial bank a loan in the amount of 300 million soums and started growing mushrooms on 2 thousand hectares. Today we sell products on the domestic market and export to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan. The confidence that I received at the competition gave me strength, and in the future I will implement new ideas in life.

In addition to the winner of the first place M.Madaminova, private entrepreneurs J.Ruzibayeva and G.Takhirova were awarded with diplomas and memorable gifts of the party.
