Department of the Ideological Organizational and Outreach Work of Bukhara regional Council of UzLiDeP in Vobkent district organized a mass walking marathon. It was attended by supporters of the party, deputies, members of primary organizations of the party, teachers, medical workers, youth. In general, about 500 people took part in the marathon. The start was given from the district school No. 7, the distance was 5 km.

In the second part of the event, the participants of the marathon went in for physical education. Then, the head of department of the Ideological Organizational and Outreach Work of Bukhara regional Council of UzLiDeP Zarif Komilov, the Head of the Office of the district council of the party Bozor Odilov, and deputies of the district council delivered speeches to promote a healthy lifestyle.

“We all understand well how important sports and a healthy lifestyle are, especially during the coronavirus pandemic”, said Tulkin Jurayev, Chairman of Vobkent district council of UzLiDeP. – The stronger the human immune system, the less susceptible he is to various kinds of diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct such marathons as often as possible.

“Young people should be active. But this activity must be directed in the right direction, any work must be motivated”, said the young deputy Nodir Kuldoshev. – I work with young people. Such mass marathons serve to increase the interest of young people in sports. The youth took an active part in the current marathon.

Following the event, UzLiDeP activists delivered speeches and explained by examples that it is very important to develop immunity, preserve health and do sports.
