Sewing machines and mini-ovens were allocated to 11 residents of “Chakar”, “Karlikhona” and “Charmgar” mahallas of the city of Karshi, who were included in the “Women’s Notebook”, with the assistance of deputies of Karshi city council.

A resident of “Karlikhona” CAM, Nafisa Avazova, decided to be engaged in sewing business, a resident of “Charmgar” CAM, Sayyora Khasanova, using a mini-oven to bake confectionery and sell it on the market. All 11 women announced their intentions to use the provided opportunities to increase the income of their families and to be removed from the list in the “Women’s Notebook”.

“In the future, we will observe the activities of these women”, said Arzikul Sherov, Deputy of Karshi city council of UzLiDeP. – Because to start entrepreneurship and take a place in the domestic market, they need not only financial, but also legal assistance.
