120 hectares of abandoned lands have been developed in Angor district

There are virgin lands on the territory of Ilgor mahalla of Angora district. Currently, 120 hectares are being developed.

Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, Head of UzLiDeP faction Aktam Khaitov, during a trip to the region, got acquainted with the work on land development.

“We would like to develop 120 hectares and create a large garden”, said Islom Khudoyberdiyev, Head of Baqtriya Agro Tomorqa Khizmati LLC. – We brought in seedlings of pomegranate, various types of juniper, acacia. We will grow fruits and vegetables on one part of the land. These lands will be distributed for rent to unemployed youth of the district, so their employment will be ensured. And the backyard service will assist them in arable work, delivery of seedlings and seeds.

During the visit, A. Khaitov launched the planting of the first seedlings. Deputy Speaker planted a pomegranate seedling.

At the meeting, A. Khaitov also gave recommendations on the use of the best methods of crop cultivation to obtain a rich harvest.
