Providing our markets with affordable, high-quality fruit and vegetable and melon products through effective use of personal household plots by the population is an important guarantor of the welfare of our people. Therefore, assisting citizens in obtaining additional income with the effective use of their own household plots is at the center of the constant attention of our party.

The group on work with PPO of the Surkhandarya regional council of UzLiDeP within the framework of the project «Primary party organizations of UzLiDeP – support entrepreneurs in the development their personal household plots » conducts dialogues and meetings to improve the skills of effective use of homestead lands in the population. As a result, the PPO increased the knowledge and skills of 2,565 families, and UzLiDeP deputies in local Kengashs provided practical assistance to 150 families who started their family business.

It should be noted that there are 646 PPO under the Surkhandarya regional council of UzLiDeP. Last year more than 20 new PPOs started their activities.
