200 unemployed women will be trained to home-based work with the assistance of a deputy

With the assistance of the deputy of Kitab district council Sharif Temirov, 200 unemployed women from Beshqozoq and Birlik CAM were accepted as apprentices of women home-based workers engaged in embroidery, gold sewing and making skullcaps in Anorzor, Shatri and Varganza villages of Anorzor CAM.

At the initiative of the deputy, the unemployed women visited the homes of home-based workers, got acquainted with the work process and the exhibition of finished products.

“170 women in our mahalla are engaged in gold sewing, making skullcaps, embroidery, and sewing”, said Shoira Yodgorova, Deputy Chairman of Anorzor CAM for women’s issues. – As they say, it is better to see once than hear a hundred times, and we believe that it is very important that women personally get acquainted with the work process and express a desire to learn this craft. Expanding the ranks of Kitab handicraftsmen will help eliminate unemployment among women.

The 200 women who have entered the apprenticeship will in the future be hired as home-based workers and will work based on fulfilling incoming orders.
