Dialogues are held in the country with the population based on the “mahallabay” and “fuqarobay” systems to study the pressing problems of the population, solve them and create favorable conditions for life and work, and raising children.

On the initiative of the deputy of Namangan Regional Council of People’s Deputies Olimkhon Babakhanov, with the participation of activists from Gulpora mahalla in the territory of the constituency 30-Gishtkuprik and members of the headquarters of the 3rd sector, a home visit was conducted and the problems of 21 women included in the “Women’s Notebook” were studied.

During the study, to ensure the employment of women, 5 of them were invited to work in the production enterprise of the Art Soft Holding company, which is headed by the deputy. Specialists provided legal assistance to 1 woman, psychological assistance to 2 women.

Three women wishing to be engaged in home-based work will be provided with sewing machines on preferential terms. Documents on this issue have been sent to the headquarters of the sector.
