New laws. What benefits do they provide for dehkan farms and owners of household plots?

On 1 April 2021, the President approved the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On dehkan farms” and “On household plots”.

At the initiative of Samarkand regional Council of UzLiDeP, an event was organized in Beshariq mahalla of Ishtikhan district with the participation of owners of household lands to clarify the essence, content and significance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On household plots”.

At the event, it was also noted that UzLiDeP and its parliamentary faction will make every effort and use their potential so that every family has the opportunity to engage in entrepreneurship and have a stable income. At the local level, dialogues with the population are held, problems are studied and solved in accordance with the established procedure, work is carried out in mahallas through home visits.

Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP Aktam Khaitov got acquainted with the work on the household plot of a resident of Beshariq village, Nurali Sultonov.

Nurali Sultonov spoke about the peculiarities of working on a household plot. On 6 acres of his household plot, he grows seedlings, the income from the sale of which is 25 million UZS.

“He who seeks will find”, said Shokhista Kholmurodova, Deputy Chairman of the mahalla for women’s issues. – Each family annually sells 35-40 thousand seedlings. It brings in a good income. And now it is possible to set prices for seedlings and export them. This allows replenishing the markets with agricultural products and creating an atmosphere of competition.

On this day, master classes were held in many household plots of the district, and the recently adopted law “On household plots” was discussed.
