Acting Deputy Chairperson of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP for Public Relations and Information Policy, Head of the Secretariat of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the Party – Department for Financial, Economic, and Planning.

Born in 1984 in Uchkuprik district of Fergana region.

Higher education. Graduated from the Andijan Institute of Engineering and Economics in 2006.

He began his professional career in 2007 as a specialist in the Certification Department of the State Enterprise Kokand Testing and Certification Center. 

From 2012 to 2014, he served as Head of the Department for Certification of Food and Agricultural Products at the State Enterprise Kokand Testing and Certification Center.

From 2014 to 2016, he worked as a lead specialist at the Accreditation Department of the Uzstandard Agency.

From 2016 to 2017, he was a lead specialist at the Department for Standardization, Coordination of State Supervision, and Implementation of Information Technologies at the Uzstandard Agency.

From 2017 to 2018, he served as Deputy Director of the State Enterprise UzbekAccreditation.

In 2018, he held the position of Head of the Technical Regulation Department at the Uzstandard Agency.

In 2018, he was appointed Head of the Department for Cooperation with Business Structures and Farmers within the Secretariat of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businesspeople – the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (UzLiDeP). 

Since 2018, he has served as the Head of the Secretariat of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP. 

In 2020, he was elected as a deputy of the Tashkent City Council of People’s Deputies.

He is married and has two children.
