Shoumarov Dilshod Shavkatovich He was born on July 31, 1964 in Tashkent city. Nationality - Uzbek. Member of the Movement of Entrepreneurs and Businessmen - Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan (UzLiDeP).

In 1981-1986 He graduated from the Tashkent state institute of oriental studies (now - National University of Uzbekistan) and in 1998-2000 he graduated the Tashkent State Economic University, and received a specialization in oriental studies and Master of international business.

He began his career in 1986 as a senior inspector of the International Department of the Tashkent State University.

In 1987-1991 he worked as an engineer-translator at the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, in 1991-2008 he held executive positions in international organizations - "KOMEKO", Joint Enterprise «Asia Metal Trading", JV "Akan-Plastic",  Company "Protex -Inshoat " and  LLC"Qurilish bozori Mollari ".

From 2008 till present - Chairman of the Board of the founders Ltd "DIMAX METALL SERVIS", and from 2013 - Chairman of Industrial and Trade Exhibition Business Center "Dimax".

In 2015 he was elected as Deputy of the Tashkent City Council of deputies.

Since October 7, 2014 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP on the issues of ideology and agitation.
