Born in 1972 in the city of Qarshi, Kashkadarya region.
Higher education. Graduated from Qarshi State University in 1994.
She began her professional career in 1994 as an economist at the Qarshi City Gas Construction and Trade Team.
From 2000 to 2001, she served as the Head of the Center for Theory and Practice of Building a Democratic Society at the Qarshi Institute of Engineering and Economics.
From 2001 to 2005, she served as Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Affairs at the Nuriston Academic Lyceum.
From 2005 to 2009, she served as the Head of the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment at the Qarshi branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
From 2009 to 2010, she served as Deputy Director for Spiritual and Educational Affairs at the Tashkent branch of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
From 2010 to 2011, she served as the Head of the Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment at the Qarshi branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
From 2011 to 2013, she was the Head of the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Qarshi branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies.
