Implementation mechanism: in order to ensure objectivity and transparency in the assessment of the activities of the participants of the competition in accordance with the requirements of the regulations of the competition, territorial organizing committees are formed from the main organizers of the competition, the founders are specialists in the field of entrepreneurship and farm support, public organizations, media representatives, scientists and experienced entrepreneurs and farmers. 

The organizing committees in the regions of the competition draw up and approve the jury of the competition (consisting of 5 people in the district (city) stage and 7 people in the stages of the territorial Republic). 

The competition is held in three stages:

- qualifying round in neighborhoods-in April, may, June, July;

- District (City ) stage-in August;

- Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Republican stages in Tashkent-in September.
