Solutions found for 56 appeals at a field reception in Termez

A field reception was held in Termez as part of UzLiDeP’s nationwide program “Together with the People”. Nearly 150 citizens’ appeals were reviewed. Senators, deputies of local councils, officials from the hokimiyat, and representatives of the utilities sector participated in the reception and sought solutions to residents’ issues.

During the field reception, appeals related to employment, social assistance, medical services, and gas, water, and electricity supply were heard. In particular, a special wheelchair was allocated to Zarina Qobilova’s child with a disability, a resident of the “Mangusar” mahalla, and the appeal of Fotima Roziqova, a resident of the “Namuna” mahalla, regarding a gas cylinder was also resolved on the spot.

Following the reception, 56 appeals were resolved positively, while issues requiring further study were placed under review. Such open dialogues are helping promptly address the population’s problems, uphold human dignity, and strengthen public trust.
