Urgench workshop helps five women secure employment

A skills workshop for women was held in Urgench as part of the “Together with the People” program. More than 30 women and girls learned about yarn production at Bahmal Group and acquired new vocational skills.

Most importantly, five women secured permanent employment following the workshop. Initiatives like this not only provide women with vocational training but also create opportunities to earn their own income.
