The President of Uzbekistan outlined specific tasks for renewing, repairing, and modernizing the energy infrastructure, ensuring thermal power plants are supplied with the necessary fuel and spare parts, and guaranteeing uninterrupted energy delivery.

Just yesterday, the President heard a presentation on foreign projects being implemented in the oil and gas sector and on preparations for the autumn-winter season, and gave clear instructions to the responsible officials.

It is acknowledged that in the current circumstances of rising energy demand, consistent reforms in the energy sector are being carried out to ensure economic growth and improve the standard of living of the population.

In our view, reforms in the energy sector will help secure public well-being and economic stability.

Starting preparations for winter in advance will make it possible to complete the planned tasks on time and with quality. Most importantly, it will serve the goal of implementing in practice the policy of ensuring public satisfaction.
