Businesswomen of Navoi are recognized for their achievements

The Navoi regional stage of the Businesswoman 2026 competition was held as part of UzLiDeP’s nationwide “Together with the People” program to increase women’s economic activity, encourage broader participation in entrepreneurship, and support business initiatives.

Eleven active women entrepreneurs selected at the mahalla, district, and city stages presented their business activities, products, jobs created, and plans.

A panel of judges evaluated the participants’ entrepreneurial experience and new initiatives. Based on the results, Charos Nurmonova, head of the diversified farm Nurmonova Charos Berdiyorovna, was named the winner of the Navoi regional stage of the Businesswoman 2026 competition. She said the recognition encouraged her to expand her activities, implement new projects, and create more jobs.

The Businesswoman 2026 competition continues to serve as a platform for showcasing women’s entrepreneurial experience, promoting innovative ideas, and supporting new business initiatives. During the competition, women entrepreneurs from various fields exchange experiences and present their products and projects to the broader public.
