An agreement reached at a mobile reception in Almalyk to use local budget funds for repairing the apartment building’s roof
A mobile reception took place in Almalyk as part of UzLiDeP’s nationwide “Together with the People” program.
Deputies of the Tashkent Regional Council of People’s Deputies participated in the event, which was attended by over 120 citizens. During the reception, more than 60 appeals were reviewed.
Special attention was given to housing, utilities, and road infrastructure issues. Notably, Iroda Karamanova, a Buston mahalla resident, raised concerns about water leaking through the roof of her apartment building. City Council deputy B. Miralimov and the deputy hokim oversaw this issue. It was agreed that routine repairs would be completed by the end of the month, funded by unallocated local budget resources.
Citizens M. Urazov and H. Joniqulov expressed concerns about the worsening conditions of Olmaliqsoy Street and the Murotali – Piskent – Qoraquyli highway caused by heavy vehicle traffic. The issue is now being overseen by Atham Nazirqulov, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis. Collaborative efforts with the relevant ministries will be made to incorporate the project into a state program and implement practical solutions.
