At the initiative of the UzLiDeP Fergana Regional Council, the “Towards Health” campaign was held at Technical School No. 2 in Oltiariq district. As part of the nationwide “Together with the People” program, the event was significant for its focus on strengthening public health, preventing disease, and promoting healthy lifestyles.

During the campaign, nearly 200 citizens received free medical examinations from qualified doctors. Citizens received recommendations on healthy eating, increasing physical activity, and disease prevention. Special attention was given to protecting maternal and child health and to the early detection of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes.

Citizens were also given the necessary referrals for diagnosed illnesses, and practical assistance was provided to organize treatment and rehabilitation. These initiatives are increasingly important for improving public health awareness, promoting healthy lifestyles, and protecting human health.
