The experience of a female entrepreneur from Oltiariq has been recognized
Within the framework of the “Enterprising Woman of the Mahalla” competition in Oltiariq district, the activities of Gulhayo Ahmedova, a household plot owner living in the “Mustaqillik” mahalla citizens’ assembly, were studied.
The entrepreneur has established a modern greenhouse on a 4.5-acre plot of land, where she cultivates ornamental and seasonal flowers. She earns an average annual income of 80 million UZS and has provided permanent employment for three women.
The female entrepreneur’s work was highly appreciated, and she was recommended for the next stage of the project. Such initiatives help increase women’s employment and raise family incomes.
