During meetings with voters in Surkhandarya region, the leader of the UzLiDeP faction, Aktam Khaitov, became closely familiar with the work process of the private enterprise Olis-Osmon operating in Termiz district. Established in 2009, the enterprise currently produces finishing materials for the construction sector and employs 46 permanent and 30 seasonal workers.

During the study visit, the enterprise’s management provided information on the work being carried out to ensure production processes, maintain product quality, and increase export potential. In particular, the export of products to the Republic of Tajikistan indicates that the enterprise is securing its place in the international market. It was also noted that solar panels installed in 2025 have ensured energy independence and created an additional source of income.

During the meeting, the entrepreneur also raised issues related to transport and railway infrastructure. Aktam Khaitov emphasized the need to take practical measures in cooperation with relevant agencies to address these matters and put forward several proposals and recommendations aimed at expanding the enterprise’s activities, increasing export volumes, and creating new jobs.
