01 Relevance

The “Young Entrepreneurs League” project raises young people’s social and economic activity, develops their entrepreneurial potential and helps them make effective use of modern business opportunities. It prepares young people to become competitive and successful entrepreneurs who meet market demands, supports innovative ideas and start-ups, and strengthens young people’s economic independence and social responsibility. This is in line with the goals of the state and the party to develop entrepreneurship, build the potential of young professionals and ensure economic stability.

02 Project goal

To develop young people’s entrepreneurial potential and help them become successful entrepreneurs who can use modern business opportunities; to promote widely the priorities set by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sh. Mirziyoyev, at his meeting with entrepreneurs; and to carry out the party tasks arising from that meeting.

03 Objectives

  • Supporting innovative ideas and projects put forward by young entrepreneurs and helping put them into practice; encouraging young entrepreneurs to run socially responsible businesses and to ensure environmental and economic sustainability.

04 Main formats

  • “Mentor–apprentice” system: cooperation and experience-sharing between experienced entrepreneurs and young people
  • Business seminars and training: courses on banking, tax, customs and management
  • Grants, loans and partnership support for young entrepreneurs

05 Expected results

Through the “Young Entrepreneurs League” project young people’s entrepreneurial potential will develop markedly, and they will become competitive professionals able to make effective use of modern business opportunities. The seminars, training sessions, the “mentor–apprentice” system and the practical experience offered by the project will build young entrepreneurs’ knowledge and skills and make it possible to launch new start-ups and innovative projects.

Young people will also shape social and economic processes through their initiatives and proposals on party and state programmes; their interest in entrepreneurship will grow and a stable business environment will emerge. The project also helps create a pool of promising young professionals within the party and develops young people’s practical experience.
