Positive outcomes found for 53 appeals at a single mobile reception

A mobile reception hosted by the Mobile Headquarters in Yakkaboag district of Kashkadarya region, as part of the nationwide “Together with the People” program, helped address citizens’ concerns on the spot. The reception drew 92 citizens, and nearly 68 issues were identified. Of these, 53 were resolved on the spot, while the remaining appeals were taken under review and appropriate measures were identified.

Particular attention was paid to supporting the population during the mobile reception. Five citizens received assistance totaling 25 million UZS, and 12 unemployed citizens received help finding jobs.

The mobile reception in Yakkabog also addressed issues related to public utilities, road repairs, and electricity supply. Such mobile receptions play an important role in maintaining direct dialogue with the public, identifying problems promptly, and turning their resolution into tangible results.
