Public concerns heard in Davlatabad: specific tasks set to address appeals

Another mobile reception was held at the “New Uzbekistan – Youth Center of Enlightenment” in Davlatabad district as part of UzLiDeP’s nationwide “Together with the People” program. A deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, the district hokim, the head of the regional department of the Central Bank, deputies of the local Council, party activists, and heads of responsible organizations took part and heard citizens’ appeals and proposals directly. During the reception, more than 50 appeals were received, 22 of which were resolved positively on the spot.

For appeals requiring further review, responsible officials were assigned specific tasks and deadlines, and the issues were placed under parliamentary oversight. During the mobile reception, particular emphasis was placed on treating every appeal as a matter directly affecting people’s lives and interests. Such open dialogues held under the “Together with the People” program help identify residents’ concerns on the ground, find practical solutions, and strengthen cooperation between government agencies and the public.
