“Ishbilarmon Ayol” competition discovers new women entrepreneurs from the most remote areas

The competition brought together women excelling across different sectors who create jobs, contribute significantly to employment, and serve as inspiring examples for others through their entrepreneurial experience and initiatives.

According to the competition results, Oygul Tasbayeva was awarded first place. A diversified entrepreneur, she continues to expand her business activities and has created nearly 300 new jobs.

Second place went to Rano Yesbergenova. Her entrepreneurial activities have created 16 new jobs.

Guljahon Zarimova took third place. A member of the Hunarmand Association, she is working not only to preserve the traditions of national handicrafts and pass them on to the younger generation, but also to make craftsmanship a sustainable source of income. Every two months, she takes on five apprentices from low-income families and teaches them a craft.
