UzLiDeP to hold outreach events under the slogan “New Tashkent is ours”

The Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP held a meeting today to discuss support for entrepreneurs and investors as New Tashkent develops into a modern business and innovation hub, as well as ways to strengthen the party’s involvement in this process.

The meeting focused on major projects being implemented in New Tashkent, emerging business opportunities and the party’s role in improving the investment climate.

It was emphasized that New Tashkent should become not only a city with modern infrastructure but also a new economic center with thriving business, innovation, education, healthcare and service sectors. Accordingly, UzLiDeP’s initiatives will place particular emphasis on establishing close cooperation with entrepreneurs and investors, reviewing their proposals and initiatives, and finding practical solutions to existing challenges.

To ensure the systematic implementation of these tasks, the meeting outlined concrete plans to establish working groups comprising party deputies, activists, and representatives of regional councils, and to set up a coordination headquarters. An action plan was also developed to engage directly with investors, organize open dialogues with entrepreneurs, review their concerns, and address emerging issues in cooperation with relevant organizations.

In addition, plans were announced to create an UzLiDeP digital platform to expand engagement with entrepreneurs and investors, and to organize challenges and outreach campaigns under the slogan “New Tashkent is ours” to encourage greater participation by residents and the business community. Through these initiatives, the party aims to increase business involvement in developing New Tashkent, support private initiatives, and help unlock the area’s investment potential.
