Together with the people: practical support offered at the mobile public reception in Bustonboshi

As part of the nationwide “Together with the People” program, the Andijan Regional Council of UzLiDeP organized a mobile public reception at Secondary School No. 3 in Buloqboshi district to address residents’ concerns on site and find practical solutions to their requests. The event brought together local council deputies, representatives of relevant organizations and 158 residents from 37 mahallas across the district.

During the reception, officials provided targeted assistance to socially vulnerable residents. In particular, Sherzod Badriddinov, a resident of Buyuk Turon mahalla, received an electric wheelchair, while Nihola Tulanova from Sharq Yulduzi mahalla received a specialized mattress.

Six other residents received orthopedic braces, hearing aids, crutches and other essential medical devices. To support young people, education tuition fee vouchers worth 7.728 million UZS and 2.746 million UZS were allocated to Hadicha Qodirova, a resident of Neftchilar mahalla, and Muslima Mahmudova from Chopar mahalla, respectively. In addition, three other young people received vouchers worth 1.648 million UZS each to cover the costs of obtaining driving licenses.

The reception also addressed issues related to social protection, medical care, employment, education, financial assistance and document processing. Some requests were resolved on the spot, while responsible officials were instructed to follow up on matters requiring further examination. Such mobile public receptions play an important role in strengthening open dialogue with residents, promptly identifying challenges they face in everyday life and providing practical solutions.
