New building, new opportunities, new members

Tashkent region has taken an important step to strengthen cooperation with entrepreneurs and businesspeople and organize the party’s activities in line with modern requirements. The Tashkent Regional Council of the Liberal Democratic Party of Uzbekistan has commissioned a new building in Nurafshan.

Today, party councils are active in all 22 districts and cities within the region. They are linked by over 190,000 members across 1,218 primary party organizations. The party’s significant influence at major industrial companies is especially notable. Over 25,000 members work at Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Complex JSC, more than 9,000 at Uzmetkombinat JSC, and over 3,000 at Maxam-Chirchiq JSC.

During the event, participants visited JANNATMAKON MEBEL, an enterprise in Urta Chirchiq district that has operated for 13 years. There, they observed its production processes and dual education system designed to provide vocational training to young people. In a meeting with the staff, they discussed the party’s goals and objectives. Consequently, the enterprise’s head and over 30 employees joined the party, leading to the creation of a primary party organization at the enterprise.

The new, modern building will better organize the party’s activities in Tashkent region and strengthen cooperation with entrepreneurs and businesspeople. Additionally, the increasing number of party members within workforce collectives and the creation of a new primary party organization are tangible outcomes of these efforts.
