Guzar District Council of UzLiDeP in the citizens’ assembly of Mustakillik mahalla, within the framework of the project “Healthy family – strong family”, held a free campaign of medical examination of women on “Health is a guarantee of long life” with the aim of forming a healthy lifestyle in society, increasing medical literacy and culture.

The campaign of medical examination was carried out jointly with Kashkadarya regional branch of the International Charitable Foundation “Soglom Avlod Uchun”. During the campaign, 63 women and children with disabilities from low-income families underwent a free medical examination and received recommendations from doctors. As it was revealed during the medical examination, many women suffer from many diseases due to environmental pollution and unsuitable drinking water. In particular, diseases of the thyroid gland (goiter), gallbladder, chronic anemia and salt in the kidneys. To prevent such diseases, doctors participated in the campaign – ultrasound specialist Kuvatov Murod, therapist Eshmirzayev Amir and pediatrician Khujamberdiyeva Lola. Doctors of the regional branch of the “Soglom Avlod Uchun” International Charitable Foundation gave the necessary recommendations on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to women who came for a medical examination, gave them medicines and glasses free of charge.

Three of the women who came for a medical examination were issued orders for treatment in the regional clinic, the rest of the patients were recommended inpatient treatment in the district.

The deputies of the district Council of People’s Deputies Bobomurod Ashurov and Munira Nurkhonova took part in the medical examination campaign. Such events, held on the initiative of deputies elected from the UzLiDeP party, of course, give their results.

Conducting free medical examinations of citizens living in remote villages by doctors in several areas, early warning identified and treatment of various diseases carried out. They are assisting in the appearance of healthy children.
